Because each product is handcrafted, slight variations may occur — and that’s what makes each piece unique.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will gladly replace the item or offer a store credit.

Custom Orders
All custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
