All orders are handmade and processed within 2–4 business days. During holidays or new releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Most orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our studio.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Infinite Grace Jewelry & Kustoms is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier once the order has been shipped. However, we will always try our best to help you locate your package.
